That's the scope. Here's how it actually happens — in order, with you in the loop and never doing the chasing.

01 Fit & budget

Before anyone measures anything, we work out what's right for you: how many stalls, what charging speeds your tenants actually need, and what your budget supports — including the rebates that change the math. And if charging doesn't pencil out for your property yet, we'll tell you that straight.

02 Site assessment

We walk the property, evaluate electrical capacity, and map the path from your panel to every charging stall. You get a clear scope and a fixed plan before anyone signs anything.

03 Design & permitting

We engineer the electrical design, select the right hardware for your use case, and handle every permit, utility application, and rebate filing. You don't chase paperwork.

04 Procurement & install

We procure the hardware, manage the trades, and run the physical build — trenching, electrical, mounting, networking. One accountable team on your site, on your timeline.

05 Commissioning & handoff

We test every unit, configure load management and billing, train your team, and register warranties. You're handed a working system — and we stay on call for what comes next.
